Prices are subject to change. Buying Made Easy Limited will not be responsible for any errors in pricing.

All prices are FOB (Free on Board) which means that the prices includes and is limited to any costs to deliver the goods to the port of origin. All shipping, freight forwarding and clearing costs are for the customers own account. All 20” containers carry a surcharge which may vary between countries.

You will receive an email copy of your Order Request. Once confirmed by Buying Made Easy, you will receive a Proforma Invoice.

We will communicate with you by way of email or telephone and from time to time will post notifications on our Buying Made Easy website.

Buying Made Easy grants you access to our website for personal use only. You may not copy our site or our products. You may not use our products for any commercial use unless we agree in writing. By using our site you agree that you do so at your own risk. Buying Made Easy is not responsible for any damages or repairs of any equipment used while browsing our website.

RETURNS & LOSSES

All products sold on the Buying Made Easy website go through stringent tests and follow the highest standards. All suppliers are subject to responsible sourcing audits and inspections. If reasonable manufacturing fault is found with any product, within a reasonable time frame (12 months from date of purchase), Buying Made Easy may consider a refund or part thereof if reasonable and warranted.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

We will do our best to deliver on time. The delivery date may change from time to time due to factors out of our control.

Ownership of all goods remains with Buying Made Easy until we redeem full and final payment.
PAYMENT TERMS ARE

• 30% non-refundable Deposit payment on receipt of confirmed Proforma Invoice
• 70% Full Balance payment on receipt of shipping documents or LC.
• If after 30days written notice you have not paid for your goods, we reserve the right to sell the goods elsewhere.
• All orders placed are irrevocable.
• Any and all refunds carry a 10% service fee.
